MangaDLR dark theme

The next version of MangaDLR will have a dark theme.

• Display local time in the anime calendar.
• The settings page use the material design theme on android 4.x.
• You can select multiple episodes at once to add into the download queue.
• Long press an episode to add it into the download queue.
• Open the series from the latest episodes page.
• Fix some broken sources.
• Kisscartoon and Kissasian were readded. They use stream.moe only as server so older episodes could not work.
